Newly diagnosed CHD patients (within one mont of a confirmed diagnosis of CHD)
Participant visitng inpatient and outpatient department of cardiology
Exclusion Criteria
Participant who are not able to satisfactorily respond to the questionnaire
Pregnancy with CHD
Participant who are not willing to participate in the study
