Inclusion Criteria

Cancer patient, all ages, all cancers,

Newly diagnosed patients and have come for FP prior to exposure to potentially gonadotoxic treatment (eg chemotherapy, radiotherapy to gonads/pelvis)

Relapsed cancer patients and have come for FP prior to exposure to potentially gonadotoxic treatment (eg chemotherapy, radiotherapy to gonads/pelvis) as part of relapse treatment but may have received gonadotoxic treatment during previous cancer treatment

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who refuse consent

Patients who have already received gonadotoxic treatment as part of current cancer treatment
