Inclusion Criteria

Patient with morbid obesity(BMI>40 or BMI>35 with comorbidity
18 to 60 years old patient

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who are not willing to attend the study
Patients are taking omega 3 pearl.
Patients who have allergy to any herbal drugs
Patients should to use warfarin or midazolam .
Patients are doing sever physical activity.
Patients use alcohol
Patients who had low or very low calorie diet.
Patients use distillates such as chicory or milk thistle
Patients who have cirrhosis or hepatitis.
Patients who have ALT more than 5 fold increase in normal level(7-56 units)
