Patient with morbid obesity(BMI>40 or BMI>35 with comorbidity
18 to 60 years old patient
Patients who are not willing to attend the study
Patients are taking omega 3 pearl.
Patients who have allergy to any herbal drugs
Patients should to use warfarin or midazolam .
Patients are doing sever physical activity.
Patients use alcohol
Patients who had low or very low calorie diet.
Patients use distillates such as chicory or milk thistle
Patients who have cirrhosis or hepatitis.
Patients who have ALT more than 5 fold increase in normal level(7-56 units)

Name Time Method Mean of liver size. Timepoint: Liver measurement at first of study and after finalization of silymarin(1 month). Method of measurement: With sonography to mm.;Mean of fatty liver grade. Timepoint: Fatty liver grade at first of study and after finalization of silymarin(1 month).
