Inclusion Criteria
Players of both sexes; Athletes who have a link with the institutions where the research will be carried out and the athletes that are part of the Piauiense Badminton Federation;
Exclusion Criteria
Athletes who engage in some parallel physical activity or other sport; Athletes who present some articular deformity, neurological, respiratory disorder, difficulty understanding in performing the technique.

Name Time Method Expected Outcome 1: Decreased pain determined through assessment of musculoskeletal pain in post-intervention practitioners;Expected Outcome 2: Increased flexibility treatment determined by the sit and reach test with Wells Bank in the middle and after intervention.
