Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients coming with chief complaints of primary dysmenorrhea (krichhartva) during menstruation.Patients between the age group of 16 -45 years. Patients willing for the trial with complaint of primary dysmenorrhea (krichhartva)

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients not willing for trial. Patients with uterine and pelvic pathology like,endometriosis, adenomyosis, cervical stenosis, uterine big fibroid more than 5cm,IUCDin utero,pelvic adhesion,endocervical polypandCa cervix etc.patients suffering from many gynecological diseases like polycystic ovarian syndrome, urinary incontinence etc.
