入排标准
- 性别
- Male
入选标准
- •(1) Aged 50-85 years;
- •(2) Meet the core clinical diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease of the National Institute on aging and the Alzheimer's Association (nia-aa), or the core clinical diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) caused by Alzheimer's disease (2011);
- •(3) Graduated from primary school or above, able to complete relevant tests and inspections;
- •(4) The total score of mini mental state examination < 27; the score of clinical dementia rating scale >= 0.5; the total score of haginsky ischemia scale <= 4;
- •(5) Voluntary participation and consent of legal guardian,jointly sign the informed consent.
排除标准
- •(1) Dementia caused by other reasons;
- •(2) Visual and auditory impairment and could not complete the test;
- •(3) Other mental disorders.
