Inclusion Criteria
- •(1) Aged 18 to 59 years old;
- •(2) Comply with the criteria for the determination of physique of peace, yang deficiency and phlegm;
- •(3) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1) other constitution types;
- •(2) Combining physical fitness;
- •(3) taking various drugs or receiving other treatment periods;
- •(4) Other diseases such as serious cardiovascular diseases such as cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems or serious diseases that affect their survival (such as advanced tumors) and unable to complete the study;
- •(5) Pregnant women, menstruating and lactating women.
