Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) Out of 30 points, those with 24 or less than 24 points
- •2\. Those who have heard, understood and agreed to the research
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those who have received treatment for ankle sprains within the last month
- •2\. Those who have had surgery in the past due to a fracture in the lower extremity
- •3\. Those who have dysaesthesia in the lower extremities
- •4\. Those who have abnormal balance due to vestibular organs and sensory abnormalities.
- •5\. Current participants in other exercise programs
