Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) A adult woman who have a hallux valgus angle of 15 degrees or more
  • •2\) Pain assessment scale (visual analog scale, VAS) of 3/10 or more
  • •3\) A person who has not worn toe separator in the past year
  • •4\) A person who has no experience in the intrinsic foot muscle exercise

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) A person who has undergone surgery or a procedure for hallux valgus
  • •2\) A person with rheumatoid arthritis
  • •3\) A person with osteoporosis
  • •4\) A person unable to walk
