Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) A adult woman who have a hallux valgus angle of 15 degrees or more
- •2\) Pain assessment scale (visual analog scale, VAS) of 3/10 or more
- •3\) A person who has not worn toe separator in the past year
- •4\) A person who has no experience in the intrinsic foot muscle exercise
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) A person who has undergone surgery or a procedure for hallux valgus
- •2\) A person with rheumatoid arthritis
- •3\) A person with osteoporosis
- •4\) A person unable to walk
