Inclusion Criteria
Women in age of 18 to 40 years; polycystic ovary syndrome; insulin resistant; oligoavolation; having several ovarian cyst (follicle with diameter of 2 to 6 mm); irregular period.
Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular diseases; mental disorders; hyperthyroiditis; gastrointestinal disorders; sensitivity to caffeine; occurrence of pregnancy.
