People living with HIV; 18 years of age or older; and with a score greater than or equal to 35 on the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory.

Improvement in anxiety, observed through the difference in their mean scores, measured through the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, between the baseline, the end of the intervention and one month after the end of the treatment.
