Inclusion Criteria
Over 18 years old; both sexes; medium and high anxiety level
Exclusion Criteria
Users who are being treated with the following drugs: psychotropic drugs, antibiotics, corticosteroids and anabolics; pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy; illiterate.

Name Time Method Presentation of the expected outcome: Expected to evaluate the effects of auriculotherapy on anxiety and serum levels of the Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), Neuron Specific Enolase (NSE) and S100 calcium binding protein B (S100B) biomarkers in adults in the scope of the Primary Health Care of a Basic Health Unit in the city of Palhoça/SC.
