Inclusion Criteria

  • (1) patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
  • (2) ASA classification I-II adult patient (age : 19~69)

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1) Patients whose systolic blood pressure is lower than 90mmHg
  • (2) Patients who are converted to open surgery
  • (3) Patients with difficulty in communication
  • (4) Patients who disagree with participating in the study
  • (5) Pregnant women
  • (6) Patients who did not undergo cholecystectomy using three ports
  • (7) Patients who have abdominal surgery history
  • (8) Patients who have ERBD (Endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage)
  • (9) Patients who have COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
  • (10) Acute cholecystitis patients
