Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
- •(2\) ASA classification I\-II adult patient (age : 19\~69\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Patients whose systolic blood pressure is lower than 90mmHg
- •(2\) Patients who are converted to open surgery
- •(3\) Patients with difficulty in communication
- •(4\) Patients who disagree with participating in the study
- •(5\) Pregnant women
- •(6\) Patients who did not undergo cholecystectomy using three ports
- •(7\) Patients who have abdominal surgery history
- •(8\) Patients who have ERBD (Endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage)
- •(9\) Patients who have COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
- •(10\) Acute cholecystitis patients
