Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
  • (2\) ASA classification I\-II adult patient (age : 19\~69\)

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Patients whose systolic blood pressure is lower than 90mmHg
  • (2\) Patients who are converted to open surgery
  • (3\) Patients with difficulty in communication
  • (4\) Patients who disagree with participating in the study
  • (5\) Pregnant women
  • (6\) Patients who did not undergo cholecystectomy using three ports
  • (7\) Patients who have abdominal surgery history
  • (8\) Patients who have ERBD (Endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage)
  • (9\) Patients who have COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
  • (10\) Acute cholecystitis patients
