Inclusion Criteria
diagnosed with poly cystic ovarian syndrome according to Rotterdam criteria. participants should not have practiced yoga previously; not on any hormonal medication since the last six months.
Exclusion Criteria
tobacco and alcohol users; Rotterdam exclusion criteria, BMI less than 18 kg/m2
