Subjects with Metabolic Syndrome as per diagnosis criteria given by Join Interim Statement
1) Subjects with inability or with restrictions to participate in a regular physical activity program
2) Subjects with substantial weight loss in previous 12 months
3) Subjects with regular use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
4) Subjects with uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension
5) Subjects with history of serious mental illness/ psychiatric disorders
6) Subjcets with heavy alcohol consumption and smoking
7)Pregnant and lactating females
8)Females with plan of pregnancy during the study
