1. Body Mass Index (BMI) > 25 kg/m2 & < 35 kg/m2
2. The participants must be able to participate and comply with the
intervention, and preferably from National Capital Region (NCR).
3. Right handed participants
4. Should be able to read and comprehend the administered questionnaires.
1. Already in weight reduction programme including yoga in the last 6
months.
2. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
3. Uncontrolled hypertension
4. Patients with a disease of the thyroid gland and other chronic
illnesses/autoimmune diseases/psychiatric disease.
5. Patients with severe physical ailments like myocardial infarction, fracture
6. Patients with metal implants.
