Inclusion Criteria
Existing capacity to consent (maturity);
Ability to speak, write and understand German;
Belong to one of the following two groups: organ transplant recipient or relative of an organ transplant recipient;
Organ transplant recipients with stable health condition;
Technical equipment and skills available to participate in the online parts of the intervention;
Exclusion Criteria
Organ transplant recipients undergoing inpatient treatment;
Individuals (organ transplant recipients/relatives) involved in the intervention development process
