1. Drug resistant epilepsy
2. Presence of subtle MRI lesions
3. Concordance with non invasive investigations including clinical semiology, video EEG, Ictal Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), Positron emission tomography (PET) and Magnetoencephalography (MEG)
