1) Surgeries involving cervical to thoracic manipulation that can be completed in cardiovascular surgery, respiratory surgery, and otorhinolaryngology, regardless of gastrointestinal surgery, will be excluded. 2) Cases in which refusal to participate is communicated after disclosure of opt-out will be excluded.
