Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •arterial hypertension (high normal, grade I, grade II) in 24h blood pressure monitoring

Exclusion Criteria

  • •pAVK IIb\- IV
  • •Recent myocardial infarction in the last 6 months
  • •Chronic renal insufficiency from stage III onwards
  • •Cortisone therapy
  • •Advanced heart failure NYHA III and IV
  • •Unstable CHD
  • •Patients not able to give consent
  • •Advanced mobility impairment
  • •Pregnant women
  • •Acute severe infections
