Inclusion Criteria
female gender
- consent to participate in the program,
- presence of mild to moderate deformity of hallux valgus according to Manchester scale
Exclusion Criteria
- condition after hallux valgus surgery
- diabetes
- gout,
- neurological diseases,
- rheumatoid arthritis,
- ankylosing spondylitis,
- fresh injury (up to 2 months) in the lower limbs and pelvis,
- advanced flat feet,
- excessive pronation of the foot.
