Inclusion criteria (1) meeting the above diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation;Imaging showed degenerative changes of lumbar vertebrae, facet joints, and lumbar intervertebral disc.Recurrent low back pain =3 months.(2) Patients with anxiety state, self-rating Anxiety scale (SAS) score =50, and do not need anti-anxiety western medicine treatment.(3) Aged 18-65, male or female.(4) In line with the diagnostic criteria of depression in traditional Chinese medicine.(5) Patients who have not taken other anti-anxiety drugs in the past 2 weeks.(6) Participants who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria (1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.(2) Combined with other major lumbar diseases, such as tumor and tuberculosis.(3) Acute injury and pain of lumbar spine caused by trauma and operation.(4) accompanied by cardiovascular, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system and other major diseases.(5) mental patients.(6) Pregnant or lactating women.(7) Severe anxiety and need to be treated with oral anti-anxiety western drugs.(8) Massage can not be accepted for any reason.
