(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of scapulohumeral periarthritis;
(2) The age ranged from 35 to 65 years old, and the course of disease lasted from 2 months to 1 year;
(3) One side of shoulder periarthritis was definitely diagnosed;
(4) Patients with stable condition, clear expression of consciousness, no intelligence and coordination disorder, voluntarily participate in the clinical study and sign the informed consent of clinical research;
(5) Those who have completed the assessment before treatment and can cooperate with doctors to complete the follow-up treatment normally.
(1) Patients with shoulder tuberculosis, tumor and osteoporosis; patients with shoulder fracture and dislocation;
(2) MRI showed rotator cuff injury;
(3) Other diseases of the ipsilateral upper limb were found;
(4) Patients with history of shoulder surgery, patients who had taken NSAIDs or glucocorticoids within one week before the trial;
(5) Pregnant women; patients with major systemic diseases, such as tumor, cardiovascular, liver and kidney, blood system and other serious primary diseases and mental diseases.
