Inclusion Criteria
Lower section caesarean section women
Those who had been scheduled for a caesarean operation by her obstetrician
Spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Women with birth complication
Women with Gestational diabetes and hypertension
Wound or injury over the area of foot and hand
Unable to understand language
Women who do not allow to touch feet
Women with sensory affection
Women with lymphatic disease
