Clients who have stage I hypertension (systolic 130-139 mm Hg and diastolic 80-89 mm Hg) and stage II hypertension (systolic 140-179 mm Hg and diastolic 90-119 mm Hg)
-Hypertensive clients who are between 30 and 70 years.
-Hypertensive clients of both genders.
-Hypertensive clients who are under regular treatment.
-Hypertensive clients who have elevated cholesterol levels.
-Hypertensive clients who can understand Tamil.
- Hypertensive clients who are pregnant and lactating mothers.
- Hypertensive clients who are not willing to participate in the study.
- Hypertensive clients who are not available at the time of data collection.

Name Time Method Though the hypertensive clients are under anti hypertensive treatment, without their knowledge some parameters related to hypertension like blood pressure, BMI, lipids, serum electrolytes and renal parameters will decrease to an optimal amount so that the clients will be obviously prevented from cardio vascular complications.Timepoint: 3 MONTHS (BY 3RD APRIL 2020)

Name Time Method INTAKE OF COCOA POWDER WILL REDUCE THE FUTURE RISK OF THE INCIDENCE OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASESTimepoint: BLOOD PRESSURE WILL BE DECREASED SYSTOLIC 10-14 MM hg AND DIASTOLIC 8-10 MM HG AND OTHER PARAMETERS WILL HAVE SIGNIFICANT DECREASE IN 3 MONTHS. POST TEST ASSESSMENT WILL BE DONE AFTER 3 MONTHS ON 3RD APRIL 2020
