- •Women; age from 60 years; frailty detected through validated phenotypic criteria proposed by Fried et al
Exclusion Criteria
- •Elderly women with 3 or more frailty criteria proposed by Fried et al; with medical restrictions to physical activity; participating on exercise program in last six months
