Inclusion Criteria
Practices: all GPs willing to be trained in reattribution, patients with medically unexplained symptoms for 3 months or more (June 2006: previously the inclusion criteria stated 6 months or more)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Under 18 years
2. Refuse consent to data collection
3. Already receiving treatment for medically unexplained symptoms
4. Definite physical pathology that explains presenting physical symptoms
