- •Consecutive, inborn neonates of less than or equal to 44 weeks post-menstrual age admitted in the intensive care area for shock irrespective of the etiology
排除标准
- •1.Suspected or proven congenital heart disease which were diagnosed prior to the onset of shock (patent ductus arteriosus of prematurity would not be considered under this list of congenital heart diseases)
- •2.Major or life-threatening congenital malformation

Echocardiographic findings and cardiovascular outcomes of children with MIS-C and Kawasaki disease at a year follow-up: a prospective multicenter studyIncidence of myocarditis and cardiac dysfunction in children with MIS-C was initially reported of 23-40%. While, the incidence of cardiac dysfunction or cardiovascular collapse associated with KD was reported as 5% in the 2017 KD guideline. However, long term data of detailed echocardiographic assessment of ventricular dysfunction, fate of coronary changes and MACE report in MIS-C is lack.MIS-C, Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children, ventricular dysfunction, coronary artery, Kawasaki disease, long termTCTR20230414003/A58
