1.Patients with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, presenting to dermatology outpatient department.
2.Patients of both genders and age group 18-50 years old.
3.Patients willing with informed consent to participate in the study.
4.Patients with normal coagulation profile (bleeding time and clotting time).
1.Patients having uncontrolled medical or surgical illness and other major systemic diseases.
2.Patients who are not willing for the study or follow-up.
3.Patients who had preexisting bleeding, coagulation, thromboembolic, or psychological disorders.
4.Patients not willing for the study or for follow-up.
5.Patients with pregnancy or on lactation or oral contraceptives
