Patients who are candidates for elective surgery
Age range is 18-60 years and with ASA class 1 and 2.
Patient consent to participate in the study
History of allergy to Alpha adrenergic drugs
Liver patients
Patients with a history of Bradycardia
Vascular problems
Hypotension
Vasodilator use
Hypovolemia
People who are at risk for increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure
Addicted people or Smokers
People with asthma
Patients with a history of airway infection or history of airway surgery.
