Inclusion Criteria
Patients scheduled for abdominal surgery .
- Age Group: ( 2-7 years )
- either sex
- American Society Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to II.
Exclusion Criteria
-Allergy to one of the agents used.
- With preexisting cardiac dysfunction
-Severe or uncontrolled renal, hepatic or endocrinal diseases.
-parents refusal of consent .

Name Time Method Study outcome<br>The primary outcome is to assess the total analgesia consumption after Quadratus Lumborum Block (QL) and epidural anaesthesia in children undergoing abdominal surgery.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method .The secondry outcomes are assesment of postoperative analgesic effect by Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario Pain Scale (CHEOPS) , Time of first analgesic request ,intraoperative heamodynamics (BP,HR) and occurance of complications as Nausea & Vomiting .
