Inclusion Criteria

Patients scheduled for abdominal surgery .
- Age Group: ( 2-7 years )
- either sex
- American Society Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to II.

Exclusion Criteria

-Allergy to one of the agents used.
- With preexisting cardiac dysfunction
-Severe or uncontrolled renal, hepatic or endocrinal diseases.
-parents refusal of consent .

Study outcome<br>The primary outcome is to assess the total analgesia consumption after Quadratus Lumborum Block (QL) and epidural anaesthesia in children undergoing abdominal surgery.

.The secondry outcomes are assesment of postoperative analgesic effect by Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario Pain Scale (CHEOPS) , Time of first analgesic request ,intraoperative heamodynamics (BP,HR) and occurance of complications as Nausea & Vomiting .
