Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •First year B.Sc. Nursing students of both gender
  • •Above 18 years of age
  • •Students who will score \>20 on K10 scale
  • •Students who will give their voluntary written informed consent for participation in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Students who have previous exposure to counseling
  • •Non\-compliant with the intervention
  • •Students who will not provide their voluntary written informed consent for participation in the study
