Inclusion Criteria

Female volunteers, with 60 years or more, with symptoms of urinary leakage during activities with efforts, urinary loss objective above two grams in pad test and preserved cognitive function.

Exclusion Criteria

Current or recent (within 6 months) physical therapy intervention for symptoms of stress urinary incontinence, presence of urge UI, because causes neurological or urinary tract infection, have practiced strength training for the past 6 months and presence of diseases that constitute contraindications for performing weight training as decompensated hypertension, osteoarthritis progress, fibromyalgia and surgery, fractures or ligament ruptures recent disc protrusion advanced and advanced postural deviations.

Primary Outcome Measures

Reduction of urinary measured by the absorbent test ( test pad ) to be collected at the beginning and end of treatment. This test checks the objective urinary loss ( in the absorbent ) after provocative activities.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Improvement in quality of life measured by the questionnaire King's Health Questionnaire. This instrument measures globally the quality of life and also evaluates the impact of symptoms on various aspects of the individuality of women with urinary incontinence.;Improvement the function of the pelvic floor muscles through Perfect Scheme. It is a subjective assessment of the pelvic floor muscles that quantifies muscle strength , fast twitch fibers and slow fibers through by vaginal touch
