- •Age 6 to 16 years, belonging to ASA Grade 1,2
- •Posted for elective Adenotonsillectomy surgeries who are willing to give informed consent
排除标准
- •Parents/Caregivers refusal
- •ASA Grade 3,4
- •Hypersensitivity to Local anaesthetics
- •Any history of Developmental delay,Mental retardation,bleeding diathesis,URTI/LRTI,skin lesions,wounds at the puncture site of the block
- •Patients with difficulty in intubation
