Inclusion Criteria
Age 6 to 16 years, belonging to ASA Grade 1,2
Posted for elective Adenotonsillectomy surgeries who are willing to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Parents/Caregivers refusal
ASA Grade 3,4
Hypersensitivity to Local anaesthetics
Any history of Developmental delay,Mental retardation,bleeding diathesis,URTI/LRTI,skin lesions,wounds at the puncture site of the block
Patients with difficulty in intubation
