Patients who satisfy all of the following criteria:
(1) Aged 18 and above
(2) Scheduled for catheter ablation due to supraventricular arrhythmias
(3) Voluntarily consented to participate in the study, as documented by signature
Exclusion criteria include individuals with:
(1) Severe heart failure (left ventricular ejection fraction < 35%)
(2) Body mass index > 35 kg/m²
(3) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
(4) Individuals deemed unsuitable for study enrollment by their attending physician

Name Time Method The position changes of the catheter within the coronary sinus in response to cardiac beats are confirmed and measured using fluoroscopy.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method On transthoracic echocardiography, changes in the size of the left atrium and the S' wave measured from tissue Doppler of the mitral annulus are assessed.
