Brief Summary

探讨低磷血症对自发性脑出血疗效的影响及低磷血症发生的临床危险因素。

Eligibility Criteria

Sex
All

Inclusion Criteria

  • •初次脑出血（入院时 CT 平扫明确出血）；
  • •入院时血磷浓度≥0.8mmol/L；
  • •住院时间≥7 天，并接受治疗，包括手术治疗或非手术治疗。

Exclusion Criteria

  • •外伤、颅内动脉瘤、血管畸形、海绵状血管瘤、肿瘤等出血；
  • •抗血小板、抗凝等药物引起的脑出血；
  • •发生脑出血前 MRS 评分＞3 分；
  • •近一个月进行甲状旁腺切除术或接受肾脏替代治疗，使用磷酸盐粘合剂；
  • •入院时肝、肾功能不全或伴随终末期恶性疾病；
