- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary target variable is pain intensity, which is measured by the numerical rating scale (NRS). This is measured at the beginning, at the end and 3 months after the end of rehabilitation. The development within and between the intervention group and the control group is examined.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The secondary aims are the experienced back pain in everyday life (RMDQ), the health-related quality of life and subjective health (EQ5D-5L) as well as the subjective work performance (WAI) and the employment status. Additionally, gait variability and muscle activity are important outcome parameters.
The secondary target parameters are also collected at the beginning, at the end and 3 months after completion of rehabilitation.
