- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate the analgesic efficacy of adding different doses (25 mg vs 50 mg) of ketamine to bupivacaine and triamcinolone as compared to saline triamcinolone and bupivacaine. The analgesic efficacy will be assessed in terms of duration of pain free intervals after first block and in number of repeat blocks.Timepoint: 2 years

Name Time Method Effect of ventral spread of drug solutions on VAS(Visual Analogue Score).Timepoint: 2 years;To compare the effect of 25 mg and 50 mg of epidural ketamine compared to placebo on a) VAS b) Quality of life scores including Roland Morris disability questionnaire and Revised Oswestry LBP disability c) Depression score d) Patient satisfaction score.Timepoint: 2 years;To study procedural complications and side effects of study drugs will be noted.Timepoint: 2 years
