- •AAD patients undergoing posterior fixation surgery under general anaesthesia.

- •Syringomyelia
- •Quadriplegia
- •Arnold-Chiari Malformation
- •Muscular dystrophy
- •Morbid obesity (BMI > 35Kg/m2)
- •Peek Expiratory Flow Rate < 40 % (Measured through PFT lab)
