Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA I and ASA II
  • •AAD patients undergoing posterior fixation surgery under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Syringomyelia
  • •Quadriplegia
  • •Arnold\-Chiari Malformation
  • •Muscular dystrophy
  • •Morbid obesity (BMI \> 35Kg/m2\)
  • •Peek Expiratory Flow Rate \< 40 % (Measured through PFT lab)
