Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •adult patients who underwent elective open radical hysterectomy (ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer)
- •ASA physical status I\-II
- •Written informed consent was obtained from all patients
- •The data of previous study, 18 patients who undergone lap
- •aroscopic radical hysterectomy, were using control group with the permission of IRB.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who disagree with this study
- •Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory dysfunction or body mass index of over 30 kg/m2
