•2. PCOS combined with ovulatory dysfunction infertility;PCOS with hyperandrogenemia;PCOS was associated with obesity and insulin resistance.PCOS with acne;In addition to the PCOS diagnostic criteria, the diagnosis criteria of acne, obesity and ovulatory dysfunction infertility were met.
•3. Have good compliance, agree to enter the study, and sign the informed consent.

•1. History of ovarian cyst, ovarian tumor, ovarian surgery, history of chemoradiotherapy, endometriosis, hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia and other endocrine diseases, chromosome abnormalities.
•2. Severe primary diseases including acute infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, kidney diseases, liver diseases and hematopoietic diseases.
•3. Persons with mental illness or unable to give full informed consent due to mental or behavioral disorders.
•4. Allergic constitution or allergic to a variety of drugs.
•5. Those who were treated with hormone drugs within 3 months.
•6. Those who do not take drugs as prescribed, cannot judge the efficacy or the incomplete data affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
