- Female
入选标准
- •1. Women of reproductive age between 20 and 40 years old who meet the diagnostic criteria of POI;
- •2. No steroids within 3 months before enrollment;
- •3. With good compliance, agreed to enter this study and signed informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. POI caused by bilateral or unilateral ovariectomy.
- •2. Complicated with acute infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, liver diseases, hematopoietic diseases and other serious primary diseases.
- •3. Mental patients or those who cannot give full informed consent due to mental and behavioral disorders.
- •4. Allergic constitution or allergy to multiple drugs.
