Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women of reproductive age between 20 and 40 years old who meet the diagnostic criteria of POI;
- •2\. No steroids within 3 months before enrollment;
- •3\. With good compliance, agreed to enter this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. POI caused by bilateral or unilateral ovariectomy.
- •2\. Complicated with acute infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, liver diseases, hematopoietic diseases and other serious primary diseases.
- •3\. Mental patients or those who cannot give full informed consent due to mental and behavioral disorders.
- •4\. Allergic constitution or allergy to multiple drugs.
