入排标准
入选标准
- •1 Patients of all genders from age 40 to 65 years
- •2 Patients with pain intensity score of 30 mm or more on a 100-mm visual analog scale(VAS)
- •3 Patients with a Kellgren & Lawrence grade of 2 and 3 on X ray Knee joint
- •4 Clinically stable patients
- •5 Patients with a BMI ââ?°Â¤30kg/m2
- •6 Willingness and ability to accept wet cupping intervention and to comply with the requirements of the study protocol
排除标准
- •1 Patients of bleeding disorders
- •2 Patients taking anticoagulants
- •3 Patients of anemia (Hb < 9gm% )
- •4 Pregnant and lactating females
- •5 History of severe hypertension ,CKD, CLD and patient having HbA1c > 7
- •6 History of significant trauma, infection or presence of hematoma at the site of knee and/or knee surgery
- •7 OA of other joints other than knee
- •8 History of Gout, RA, Pagets disease or any other musculo- skeletal disorder
- •9 HbsAg, HIV, HCV positive patients
- •10 History of malignancy
- •11 Patients taking NSAIDââ?¬•s and corticosteroids, (a wash out period of 1week and 4 weeks respectively is required before enrolling patient)
- •12 Unwilling to participate in the study
