1.Family member age more than 18 and less than 60 years
2.Living with a patient with aphasia during the intervention
3.Diagnosis of acute aphasia for their patient (following the occurrence of a stroke in the last few days and, so that the patient has been hospitalized for the treatment of a stroke that occurred in the last few days)
4.Diagnosis of mild to moderate aphasia for the patient after stroke (based on the LAST criterion . This criterion is used to assess patients with acute stroke at the hospital stage who have different limitations.The scoring scale with this scale is simple and fast and it takes very little time to perform the test.
5.Ability to read and write in Persian
6.Having a smart phone
7.Internet access and cyberspace
8.Satisfaction to participate in the study
1. Family member (caregiver) has a history of diagnosed psychological problems
2.A family member has a visual or hearing impairment
3.Presence of memory impairment in the patient
4.The patient has apraxia
5.Have previous experience in caring for and communicating with patients with aphasia
6.Participate in training courses related to the care of patients with aphasia
7.The patient needs surgery due to the extent of bleeding in the hemorrhagic stroke
