- •Elective CABG on pump and off pump,
- •Ejection fraction (EF>=45%)
排除标准
- •1.Urgent and Emergency surgery
- •2.Age > 75 years
- •3.NYHA class IV
- •4.Autonomic neuropathy
- •5.Severe right ventricular (RV) dysfunction or failure
- •6.Severe pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH)
- •7.Occlusive peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
- •8.Associated valvular pathologies
- •9.Intracardiac shunts
- •10.Patients on inotrope or vasodilator infusions
- •11.Arrhythmias
- •12.Contraindication for TEE
- •13.Patients with IABP
