1 Children whose parents will consent to participate in the study.
2 Children of age 5-10 years old.
3 Teeth that are indicated for Pulpotomy.
4 Non-carious primary Mandibular Second Molar teeth, with 1/3rd or less than 1/3rd root length nearing exfoliation free from any pathology with Grade I or Grade II mobility, and root of the successor teeth has completed 2/3rd root formation.
1 Children with an allergy to local anesthesia.
2 Children with systemic diseases, and intellectual disability.
3 Extensive plaque or calculus on the teeth and bleeding on probing present will not be included in this study.
