简要总结
This study aims to analyze muscle recruitment patterns in stroke patients during functional mobility using wireless surface EMG Noraxon while performing the L-test.
It compares stroke survivors with age- and gender-matched healthy individuals to identify differences in activation of key lower-limb muscles gluteals, quadriceps, hamstrings, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius.
Along with EMG, it measures muscle strength using a handheld dynamometer, dynamic balance using the Dynamic Gait Index, and trunk control using the Trunk Impairment Scale.
The main objective is to find the association between EMG activity and clinical measures of trunk control, balance, and strength in stroke patients.
Overall, the study supports integrating EMG with routine clinical assessment to guide more targeted and evidence-based stroke rehabilitation.
