Patients posted for unilateral elective breast cancer surgery.
-Patients belonging to ASA grade I, II or III.
-Patient between age group 25 to 65 years
-Patient giving informed written consent.
-Haemostatic abnormalities or on anticoagulant therapy.
-Patients who are allergic to any of study drugs.
-Skin infection at the site of needle insertion
-Chronic pain syndromes or receiving chronic analgesic therapy.
-Neuromuscular disease and established peripheral
neuropathy.
-Major cardio respiratory diseases and major hepatorenal disorders
-Pregnancy
