Inclusion Criteria
- •Written informed consent
- •End\-stage renal disease patients scheduled for renal transplant surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal of consent
- •Surgery without controlled ventilation or ony Regional anaesthesia
- •Contraindication to invasive blood pressure monitoring
- •Atrial fibrillation
- •Massive Ascites
- •Patients with underlying Respiratory Failure
- •Heart Failure
- •Known clinically intracardiac shunts and severe valvular heart disease.
- •Patient with ongoing active infection
- •Deceased Renal transplants
