Inclusion Criteria

  • •Written informed consent
  • •End\-stage renal disease patients scheduled for renal transplant surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Refusal of consent
  • •Surgery without controlled ventilation or ony Regional anaesthesia
  • •Contraindication to invasive blood pressure monitoring
  • •Atrial fibrillation
  • •Massive Ascites
  • •Patients with underlying Respiratory Failure
  • •Heart Failure
  • •Known clinically intracardiac shunts and severe valvular heart disease.
  • •Patient with ongoing active infection
  • •Deceased Renal transplants
