Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients who developed hypotension during maintenance hemodialysis for the last 3 months (Definition of hypotension during dialysis: When systolic blood pressure decreases by 20 mmHg or more during dialysis compared to predialysis systolic blood pressure)
  • 2\. Adults between the ages of 18 and 80
  • 3\. Those who voluntarily consented to the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Children or adolescents under the age of 18
  • 2\. Seniors over 80 years of age
  • 3\. Patients with a history of respiratory diseases including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and moderate to severe asthma
  • 4\. Patient with implantable electronic medical device
  • 5\. Patient with damage to the skin area that contacts the electrode
  • 6\. Patients who do not have enough electrode contact to the skin due to wound dressing, etc.
  • 7\. Severely obese patients with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 50 or higher
  • 8\. Those who are pregnant or lactating
  • 9\. Persons with a single ventilation volume of less than 200 m
