Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who developed hypotension during maintenance hemodialysis for the last 3 months (Definition of hypotension during dialysis: When systolic blood pressure decreases by 20 mmHg or more during dialysis compared to predialysis systolic blood pressure)
- •2\. Adults between the ages of 18 and 80
- •3\. Those who voluntarily consented to the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Children or adolescents under the age of 18
- •2\. Seniors over 80 years of age
- •3\. Patients with a history of respiratory diseases including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and moderate to severe asthma
- •4\. Patient with implantable electronic medical device
- •5\. Patient with damage to the skin area that contacts the electrode
- •6\. Patients who do not have enough electrode contact to the skin due to wound dressing, etc.
- •7\. Severely obese patients with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 50 or higher
- •8\. Those who are pregnant or lactating
- •9\. Persons with a single ventilation volume of less than 200 m
